silkpyjamas.eu.com sells silk and satin sleepwear and bedding across Europe. We are online only, with no shop to visit, which is where a good part of the price difference comes from.
The store is operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Our european office is c/o Weise Steuerberater Partnerschaft mbB, Schanzenstraße 102, 40549 Düsseldorf-Oberkassel, Germany.
What we sell
Two ranges, kept clearly apart. Real mulberry silk: pillowcases at 22 momme, a flat sheet, pyjama sets, dressing gowns, boxer shorts and accessories. And satin, which is a weave rather than a fibre and is not silk, at a fraction of the price. Every product page states which it is.
What we will not tell you
That silk treats anything. We make no anti-ageing, medical or hypoallergenic claims for anything on this site, and where a supplier has not published a fibre content, a momme weight or a size chart, the page says so rather than printing a plausible number. That is an unusual way to write product pages and it is deliberate.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. We sell online only and ship across Europe.
Where do you ship from?
Orders go out to addresses across Europe. A few lines ship from a separate supplier and can arrive in their own parcel, which those product pages say.
How do I contact you?

Is my payment secure?
Card payments run through Stripe and we also take PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
What is your returns position?
14 days from delivery to change your mind under EU consumer law, unused and in resaleable condition. Personalised items are excluded, and underwear and footwear must be unworn. Faults are separate and have no time limit.
Do you sell wholesale?

Do you make the products yourselves?
No, we buy from suppliers and sell direct. Where a supplier grades the silk, we print the grade and say plainly that it is a supplier grading rather than an independent certificate.
