No, and please do not. On its own it is an embroidery charge with nothing to embroider. Add it to a cart that already has a pillowcase, a robe or a set in it.

Flat items work best: pillowcases, robes, pyjama tops and flat sheets. Small curved items like the eye mask and the bonnet are possible but the result is more constrained.

Initials or a first name is the usual request. Anything longer than a short word starts to sit awkwardly on a pillowcase edge, and we will come back to you if what you have asked for will not sit well.

Usually the lower corner on a pillowcase and the chest or cuff on a robe. If you want it somewhere specific, say so in your order notes.

If we have embroidered something other than what you asked for, that is our error and we will replace it. The exclusion above covers changing your mind, not our mistakes.

Then we will have stitched what you told us, and we cannot take it back. Check the spelling in your order notes carefully, because this is the most common problem with personalisation.

A fault or transit damage is covered as with any other product, embroidered or not.
